We aim to dispatch all orders received before 15.00 hrs on the day of ordering during the working day. Goods ordered after 15.00 will be dispatched on the next working day. Goods ordered after 15.00 hrs on Friday to Sunday midnight will be dispatched on Monday unless it is a Federal Holiday. Goods can be sent to your registered credit card address or alternatively to another address providing all details are confirmed. Please note that komputerbay.com reserves the right to change the delivery method or carrier without prior notice to an equal or superior service.
Our postage and packaging is on the quantity of items ordered, so we charge you according to the number of products ordered. Details of our postage rates can be found in the chart below.
All goods are fully insured. We have even arranged to insure goods sent by 1st class recorded delivery using a third party insurance company. We recommend that for urgent deliveries, the Special delivery/Courier option is selected.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Next Working Day delivery
This service will be carried out by USPS or Fedex
This service applies to orders placed on a working day before 15.00hrs. Orders placed on a Friday before 15.00hrs will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. Orders placed after 15.00hrs Friday and Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. A signature is required on delivery, if no one is home a card will be posted through the door with contact information. If the attempted delivery is by USPS you will need to go to your local post office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you. If the delivery is by Fedex they will attempt to re-deliver the next day. If is still not delivered, it can be collected from the depot, details of which can be found on the card they would have left.
USPS 1st class delivery
This service will be carried out by USPS. Please allow up to 2-7 days for this delivery option.
A signature will not be required on delivery, if no one is home then the package will be posted through the door or put into your post box. You will need to go to your local USPS post office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you. International delivery
Please allow up to 21 days for this delivery. This service will be carried out by USPS. A signature is not required on delivery, if no one is home the package will be posted through the door or put into the. If the attempted delivery is by mail you will need to go to your local sorting office to pick up the item. Please take the card and identification with you. Please note that the buyer is liable for duties/taxes/customs charges/etc.
DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN YOUR CARD ADDRESS
All goods are sent by services that require signature upon delivery. As such we offer customers the option to select a different delivery address which could be your office address or some other address. At the time of ordering, an option to select a delivery address will appear. Kindly complete the details therein.
