Item arrived on time and as advertised, although it could have been better packed - I would have expected a jiffy bag at least, but the clear plastic pack in a thin plastic bag was its only protection - still it arrived in one piece and works fine.

I ordered this memory after much to-ing and fro-ing with other suppliers telling me that their modules would be compatible with my girlfriends aging Packard Bell MV35 laptop, none of which worked. This however did the job first time and all is now well. Quality modules delivered quickly and well packed. Hadn't a clue what I was doing but I managed to insert this small thing where it needed to go - no worries at all.
And straight away afterwards my laptop was up and running like new - thundering around the Interweb like a frisky young thoroughbred racehorse. I'd thought it was dying up until then, but it turns out I'd just overstuffed its tiny 1GB brain with too much knowledge. Now with double the brain-power I reckon my computer is a match for Professor Brian Cox or even Peter Andre.

I bought this ram to upgrade a Acer Aspire One Netbook.It had only 500mb of Ram and ran very slowly as Windows 7 is installed.
After inserting the new Ram the machine is much faster and responsive.
The parcel arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

My aging laptop needed a memory boost so I purchased two 1GB ram chips. They arrived on my doorstep amazingly quickly. Packaging was brand new and unopened and the parcel was so securely wrapped it took a craft knife to open it!
I wanted two separate chips as I wasn't sure the laptop could handle a single 2GB one. Bought for a Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop which had only 1gb installed, would have bought more but 2gb is the max that the motherboard would accomodate. It has however really improved the machine so I'm now much happier. Delivery in this instance was not good, goods were marked as despatched by the suppliers but I did not receive it and eventually they treated it as 'lost in post' and eventually I received the replacements. Probably not their fault but it did take the shine off of the transaction at the time - hence only 4 ****. It is of course very good value and quality and as the delivery problem is now history I am pleased that I waited for the replacement and not re-ordered from elsewhere.
