Doens' have as consistent speeds as other (3x) more expensive cards but it does the job great. Saving to buy another soon. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
Good card Review by Zappasnake

not geeky enough to sit and measure times; for me it was a matter of whether the card was stable, reliable and fast enought to bring the best burst rate out of my 7D.

Passes with flying colours and outperformed the Lexar gold cards that have previously been my pride and joy. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

Used Professionally, worked well Review by Mr. Tbm Howell

I bought two of these cards to shoot RAW video ( using the ML RAW video hack on my Canon 5Dmk3 ).
The quality of the footage is great, and both cards work well without dropping frames.
Having shot a stop frame commercial on the 5D, I was able to swap over and also shoot live action elements on the same body. H264 is unacceptable for this, but here I get amazing quality for a low cost. The cards came promptly too ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

SATISFACTION YEAAH Review by Rytis

After reading comple of bad reviews, iv been bit fustrated to buy it. Some say it is like a lottery. But i quess i got the lucky card. It works fast, i didn't had any troubles with uploading, downloading, formating the card. And i quess in the future i would buy another one. Maybe it needs bit more operational time, to check if it works. But for now its allright, and writing speed is faster than my SD400 Lex card ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

32GB Professional COMPACT FLASH CARD CF 600X 90MB Review by Dominic Thurmer
Rating
Had no problems with this card after a 20-30 or so outings, I use the same brand SD version as second card in camera, the huge capacity is a real bonus especially when shooting HD video too. Transfer times are fine for me, I've noticed no buffer issues, Top end cards command top end prices so for many of us this is a realistic alternative giving well over 1000 Raw files @ 36MP. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

Second card worked brilliantly. Review by Lex

..The first card I ordered didn't work as it should have so I returned the item (very good customer support from both Amazon and the seller) the replacement card worked brilliantly and allows me to record 1080p RAW video using Magic Lantern on my 5d mark iii continuously. I have heard that in all cases these cards can sometimes not be up to standard but I had expected that so was happy to replace my first for the second which works flawlessly. Highly recommend (especially when considering the price compared to similar models from Lexar/Sandisk). ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
A great product at a great price!, Review by David Kings
Rating
I had never heard of this Company but the CF card with 64 GB and a fast speed was exactly what I needed for an upcoming photoshoot. I tested it on a couple of occasions before the main shoot and had some problems with corrupted files. This turned out to be the camera, not the card, and was sorted out with a firmware upgrade. The card worked fine on the 'big' day and on all subsequent shoots. I would not hesitate to recommend this Card to any other photographer who needs a high capacity, high speed CF card. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

I shoot a lot of photos in RAW format on my Nikon D800 which results in 74mB files which fill a standard card really quickly. Recommended, excellent costumer service Review by Julius

Bying from Komputerbay I feel like I didn't only pay for the CF cards but also for their excellent customer service. My first card from them was the 1050x 128GB CF card which had to be returned twice for corruption. Still, for me it was worth the time and effort since returning the cards was easy and the quality-price ratio with the now working 3rd card is that good.
Based on that experience I decided to also get two of these 64GB 1000x ones and they have worked no problem.
Be sure to use these CF cards on a USB 3 card reader connected to a port supporting USB 3!! I use now Kingston's FCR-HS3 with good results. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

I now have 3 compact flash cards supplied from this company. I have used a 16gb 336 card in a Canon 40d for the past few years and never had a problem. I have now purchased a 128gb 1000x and a 64gb 1000x to go with a Canon 5d mkIII and so far everything works good. There is a warning sticker on the case when it arrived saying that it will only work in readers that are compatible with UDMA7. Some older USB2 readers may have issue, so check before buying but in my opinion you'll save so much that its worth upgrading your reader too. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

This is THE absolute cf card if you want to shoot high bit rate and high HQ video and RAW VIDEO, Review by Demetris Christodoulides "DeC"
Rating
Of course, all dslr videographers, especially those with Full frame bodies and high-HQ high-BITRATE HD video professional and especially if you plan to shoot RAW VIDEO with Magic Lantern on a Canon dslr, this is THE only cf card that can support such a demanding task (on 5d mark III, 50d with magic lantern, 7d, etc etc). This is by far the fastest and most reliable cf card for dslr photo and hd video or for any other such camcorder and device that supports it. Provides peace of mind for the professional, it's reliable and utterly brilliant in all aspects. A bit expensive, but believe me, worths every penny, just make sure you purchase a kingston usb3.0 cf card reader if you have a laptop with usb3.0 support and port, in order to unload your data in your pc and re-format on-location, lightning-fast. Just be sure never to cut or delete videos/photos from the cf card directly in your pc, but format the card always in your camcorder/dslr instead. And don't use those cheapo usb2.0 ebay cf card readers 'cause they're killing this high quality card. Cheers ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

Fast, reliable card Review by BEN

I bought this card for my Canon EOS 5D mkiii, to use with the Magic Lantern firmware - specifically RAW videos. Reading through the forums on the Magic Lantern site, it seemed like the 64gb card was faster than the 128gb and 32gb cards. It works perfectly for me, I've been recording loads of RAW videos without any problems at all. It's a great price, compared to the other more well-known brands (and from what I've read, it's the same chip inside anyway!). I'll definitely be getting more of these. Avoid! These are Lexar rejects..hence why they fail after time or have poor write speeds, ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
Card worked with raw video for me Review by DAVID G.

Card worked with raw video for me using a Canon 5Diii. Seemed fast enough. Not sure how long it'll last but fingers crossed it's ok. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
Perfect for 5D mark ii filming. Not professional burst photography Review by A. Clark
Rating
Despite the card being slower than stated, the card is still fast enough to film 1080@25p content on a canon 5D mark ii.

Since it is compact flash, you are limited to 4gb files which equate to about 12 minutes of footage inc sound. This totals to a nice 96 minutes of footage per card.

As for stills on a 5D mark ii, the card and camera is capable of capturing a quick burst of max 8 photos (RAW and high res jpeg) before the cards speed begins to show and starts taking photos at just under a photo a second. Just saving jpeg files sees only a small amount of slow down on the card.

All in all, fantastic card for what I want it for, it doesn't owe me anything. And I am sure it will last me some time, since it feels like a standard cf card (despite claims it feels cheap here). No errors, no problem with fitting in the camera. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
Excellent value for money Review by Steve B

I have only used my Komputerbay 32GB 600x card for one session at this time in my Canon 5D MkIII but as of now I have found it both reliable and capable of recording data without locking up my camera however fast I take pictures. I think that it is the cheapest compact flash card in its class.

I have since bought a Komputerbay 32GB 1000x card as an experiment. It is not only much faster than the 600x (there are no problems with the buffer even when it seems like you are pressing the shutter release very fast in 12 to 20 picture sessions) and its only about half the cost of a Lexar 1000x. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)

(64GB )Fast card - Great for raw video Review by Ali Holloway
Rating
I now have two of these cards (64GB) and was prompted to purchase them after Magic Lantern unleashed the raw video capabilities of the Canon 5D MKIII.

What is important is that both cards I have received have worked with no issues from day one and continue to perform flawlessly. After a little research into these cards it appears that one of my cards has the slower SM2236AB controller, however this card will still give sustained write speeds of around 94MB/s which is enough to write continuous 1080p raw @ 25fps with the ML firmware.

The cards fit perfectly into all CF card slots I've used in camera and on card readers. They format as you'd expect any drive to (exFAT formatting for the 5D MKIII is great). The read an write speeds, although never as good as suppliers state, are fast enough to satisfy the most demanding shoots. In both photo and video modes these cards have never let me down. I have not lost any data on these cards as of this time and have been shooting with them every day since I purchased them.

I would advise 64GB to be the perfect size for raw video as they are faster than the 32GB and 128GB cards and offer enough storage for most work - I wouldn't recommend shooting raw in a docu environment as you'll chew through data in no time. That's a no brainer!

To confirm, both my cards will shoot continuous 1080p @ 23.976p, 24p, 25p raw video without breaking a sweat. I can also get 25p from the 3x crop too most of the time, but this result changes with each build. Bear in mind that depending which ML hack (at this stage - things change everyday with ML) you use can determine whether or not you need to "warm up" the card/camera by running off a quick video with skipped frames. I'd suggest reading the ML forum regarding this, but as of the latest (27th June) build I don't have to warm up the card/camera.

I'd recommend these cards to anyone that needs a fast card, wants to save themself a whole chunk of cash and wants to dabble in ML raw video. They do everything I want them to.

Edit: My faster card (SM2236AC) allows me to shoot 1920x1280 at 24p continuous almost every time and when I select 25p the firmware states I have about 2000 frames (however I have recorded past this and not had any skipped frames). ML firmware states the card is writing around 100MB/s at this resolution and frame rate. ***This review was posted on: http://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B00DQ8WQRS*** (Posted on 17/06/2014)
